With Aslan selling out 2 shows in Dublin’s Olympia theatre in May in
record time, the band have decided to add a 3rd and final date .
The band are very aware of the loyal support they have received from
people countywide and with this in mind this exclusive 3rd show is
taking place outside of Dublin in the INEC Killarney on Saturday 26th
Aslan feel the INEC Killarney... is the perfect venue to add the 3rd
and final date for 2014 as it will accommodate fans from all over the
country and of course those of you from Dublin who could not secure a
ticket for the Olympia.
With defining hits such as Crazy World, This Is and She’s So
Beautiful, Aslan have firmly established their place in Irish rock
history. Fronted by the enigmatic Christy Dignam, the band crashed onto
the Irish music scene in 1986 with the release of debut single This Is,
and quickly followed Please Don't Go and Loving Me Lately the same year.
In February 2013 Christy Dignam, was diagnosed with cancer and the
band stopped performing live shows. With the exception of the Night For
Christy which saw performances from many of Irelands best performers
including U2, Bressie, Danny O Rielly, Ryan Sheridan and Horslips, to
name a few, ASLAN have not performed as a band for over a year.
Christy, having recently received the news that his treatment is
working, has decided that now is the time for him and ASLAN to get back
to doing what they do best and do a limited number of live shows. With
this in mind the band will be releasing their new single I Need a Little
Time and will perform on the Late Late Show on May 23rd.

Paul Potts was the first winner of Britain’s Got Talent back in 2007. Since winning the competition, Paul has found worldwide success with his albums, live shows, tours and charity work and has been constantly travelling the globe; six years later, his feet are yet to touch the ground.
