What is the Facility Fee?
At the turn of the millennium The Gleneagle Group took the ambitious and venturesome step of self-financing a state-of-the-art venue in the heart of County Kerry – the biggest of its kind outside of Dublin. The INEC turns 18 this year and, in keeping with the innovative and visionary ethos of The Gleneagle Group, we are currently investing in its production and building infrastructure in order to make for a better experience for you. To help with the cost of the investment, we will be introducing a facility fee of €1 per ticket on all INEC events sold via Ticketmaster. This will be added, at purchasing stage, to the cost of the ticket and will be applicable to all events with on sale dates on or after May 1, 2018. We look forward to sharing news of our ongoing investment plan with you over the coming months and we look forward to welcoming you back to the INEC in the near future.
